I have spent the last month talking to business owners about being emotionally exhausted. Take time for yourself. You need to fill your cup in order to help others. Come up with an emotional tool with 3 - 5 tools (workouts, meal prep, warm baths, baking, watching movies) and make sure you tap into this. It helps you keep our mind clear.

Plan

You might not always know where you are going but pause, reassess, and then determine what activities you can do to get you from here to there over the next 90 days.

Noelle Stary author of Main Street Moxie, is an accomplished small business owner. Her full service marketing company 20 Lemons uses a community focused approach to help businesses develop marketing strategies to drive more traffic. With a strong focus in hospitality, Noelle has made an impact on hundreds of businesses during her years as a business owner. She has also provided industry professionals with a space to cultivate their creativity, opening her first (co)working space in New Jersey over ten years ago. She continues working today to bring her licensing model to small downtown locations that need it the most. Noelle is a graduate of the University of Maryland where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
